Gymnasium Upgrades Service

A government authority in Harrisville, Rhode Island is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide gymnasium upgrades and cleaning services. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that both the interior and exterior work areas are kept free of debris, in strict accordance with the project's safety plan, throughout the duration of the project.

Upon completion of the upgrades, the contractor must remove all waste materials, rubbish, tools, construction equipment, machinery, and surplus materials from the premises. The scope of cleaning includes washing and cleaning all concrete and ceramic surfaces, as well as cleaning, waxing, and buffing resilient floor coverings. Additional tasks include dusting and cleaning woodwork, thorough cleaning of sash fixtures and equipment, and removing stains, spots, dust, marks, and smears from all surfaces. All hardware and metal surfaces are to be cleaned and polished, and glass and plastic surfaces must be professionally cleaned.

The selected vendor is expected to maintain the site in a clean and orderly condition at all times, ensuring that waste materials are removed on a regular basis and that trash does not accumulate on site for more than 48 hours.
