DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Sandusky, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for its 2026 public access guidebook. The project involves producing 17,000 copies of a guidebook consisting of 348 internal pages plus a three-page cover. Artwork for the guidebook is prepared with a 6.8-inch page width, but should be scaled down to a 6.5-inch width while maintaining proportional height.
The cover will require a protective 1.2 mil film laminate. The specified paper stock includes Sterling ultra, dull white 70# for the pages and Sterling ultra, dull cover white, 100# for the cover. Print production is to be two-sided, head-to-head, using a four-color process. The bindery specifications call for Hybrid Smyth sewn with glue binding, and the finished trim size is to be 6.5 x 8.404 inches. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 19, 2026.
