DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide guaranteed energy savings performance services to a government authority in Rome, Georgia. The scope includes identifying, engineering, designing, installing, and maintaining energy conservation measures, with the option to provide financing for these projects under a fixed cost model.

Proposals must include a comprehensive list of all guaranteed energy savings programs previously implemented by the vendor, as well as an inventory of products or materials available for use in the project that are manufactured, produced, or owned by the company.
