DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive group travel fundraiser partnership service, managing all aspects of a turnkey group travel program associated with a Cultural Tour. This includes complete planning, logistics, coordination, on-trip implementation, and support tailored for groups of 25 to 40 participants.

The provider will collaborate closely with the agency to define tour dates and destinations, creating a detailed itinerary that includes daily schedules, accommodations, meals, transportation, activities, tour guides, and optional excursions or upgrades. The vendor is responsible for all logistical elements, including vendor negotiations, hotel and airline bookings, ground transportation, coordination with tour guides, meal arrangements, activity reservations, and travel insurance options.

Additional responsibilities include managing all bookings and reservations, collecting traveler information, handling waitlists, confirming participation, and issuing necessary travel documents and confirmations.
