DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive group insurance services covering term life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), long-term disability, short-term disability, and supplemental health benefits. Required services include access to basic and supplemental life, dependent life, voluntary and basic AD&D, short- and long-term disability, as well as critical illness, accident protection, and hospital indemnity benefits.

These benefits are to be offered primarily on a fully insured, experience-rated basis. The program will serve around 21,000 benefits-eligible employees in addition to other eligible participants. The contract will be awarded for a four-year period. Vendors are required to submit any questions related to this RFP no later than April 14, 2026.
