The government authority in College Station, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide group life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance services for its employees. The selected provider will be responsible for claims management and processing related to fully-insured group life and group accidental death and dismemberment insurance plans for the plan year starting September 1, 2026.
In addition to claims administration, the vendor will be required to provide comprehensive management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. These reports must include detailed information on enrollment, claims activity, and case management. The vendor must also conduct actuarial analyses and deliver reports to demonstrate the appropriateness of premium rates and reserve levels throughout the contract period.
