The government authority in St. Edmond, Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide group health insurance services for its employees. Eligible employees include all regular staff who work at least 30 hours per week after completing 30 days of employment. The current benefits package offers three self-funded medical plan options, along with dental and vision coverage. Medical plan administration is managed by Aetna. Prescription drug coverage will be handled under a separate RFP and is currently with ServeYouRx.
Pre-65 retirees may remain on the plan until age 65, provided they pay 100% of their premium cost. The agency offers two benefit plans to both employees and pre-65 retirees. The contract for the group health insurance services will be for a one-year period. Interested vendors must submit all questions by April 30, 2026.
