DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive group health insurance services. The required coverage includes both fully insured and self-insured medical and pharmacy coverage. For fully insured options, vendors must supply Medical and Pharmacy Coverage. For self-insured options, the services required are Administrative Services Only (ASO), Stop Loss Insurance, and Pharmacy Benefit Management. Medicare Supplement plans are also included in the requested services.
Vendors must be capable of providing dedicated support to efficiently handle and resolve coverage, eligibility, and billing inquiries.
