The agency is seeking a comprehensive application solution for group communication, resource management, and scheduling that supports the dynamic needs of student–athletes and athletics department staff. The platform must include a mobile app accessible at no cost to users on both iOS and Android devices, ensuring inclusivity and ease of use. It must be capable of scaling to accommodate a growing number of user profiles and support robust reporting features, customizable fields, and comprehensive file management functionalities for data analysis and compliance.

The system should empower administrators and select users to generate custom fields, monitor usage, and provide individualized or aggregate reports. It must incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to detect anomalies in expense reporting. Effective communication and coordination tools are required for a diverse set of authorized users, including student–athletes, athletics staff, advisors, trainers, managers, graduate assistants, and other designated individuals.

The system should facilitate rapid creation, updating, and communication of group events and itineraries, including last-minute changes prompted by circumstances such as weather or travel. Capabilities to support athletics camps—including attendee management, payment processing, staffing, and scheduling—are essential. The solution must also allow tracking of student–athlete health metrics, maintenance of a centralized repository of information and required forms, and reduction of administrative burden to improve overall support for academic and athletic performance.

Additionally, the application should support anonymous reporting and surveys for both internal and external groups while ensuring compliance with NCAA rules and, where applicable, HIPAA regulations.
