A government authority in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a vendor to provide grounds maintenance services for its agency facilities and designated maintenance areas.
The scope of work includes general cleanup and turf maintenance. Cleanup services include picking up, removing, and disposing of paper, bottles, cans, tree branches under two inches in diameter, trash, and other loose debris throughout the defined maintenance areas. Cleanup is to be performed in coordination with mowing activities.
Mowing and trimming services are also required. Grass must be mowed according to the agency's approved schedule, with mowing triggered when turf exceeds five inches in height. After mowing, grass is to be maintained at a height between three and three and one-half inches. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by May 7, 2026.
