DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide ground transportation software that enables the reception, validation, processing, storage, and reporting of transaction data generated by license plate recognition technologies within the Seaport. The software should support system integration, trip processing, revenue management, and ensure secure data exchange via APIs that integrate with Seaport financial, billing, and operational systems.
The solution should facilitate fully automated site management with 24/7 oversight by a Remote Command Center, including incident management, troubleshooting, photo and video access, and the provision of operational statistics. Additional functionalities include robust reporting and analytics, comprehensive security and user access controls, training and documentation, and clear definitions of data ownership.
