A vendor is sought to develop a user-friendly greenhouse gas scenario planning tool to support municipal sustainability initiatives in New Jersey. The tool must be easily accessible and usable by municipal staff, volunteers, and residents involved in sustainability work.
Key requirements include web-based access through a Sustainable website and incorporation of Sustainable Jersey branding. The tool should integrate baseline greenhouse gas emissions data and provide projections under a business-as-usual scenario, as well as for a range of selected sustainability initiatives through the year 2050. Users should be able to view the projected impacts of each initiative for each interim year, enabling informed sustainability planning at the local level.
