A government facility in Centreville, Virginia is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive gravel landscaping services. The scope includes the removal of the top four inches of topsoil across designated areas. Coordination between the contractor and facility staff will ensure proper management and storage of removed soil.
Following topsoil removal, the contractor is required to install a geotextile weed barrier in both designated zones. This barrier must be whole, free from tears or openings, and constructed from approved geotextile material. The final phase involves the placement of new stone materials that meet agency #57 stone standards, to be layered evenly across the specified site areas as indicated in the project map.
Vendors with experience in site preparation, landscape construction, and material compliance are encouraged to respond.
