The requesting organization seeks vendors to provide services for a range of graphing and scientific calculators. The inventory includes Casio FX–9750 GIII and Casio FX–CG50 PRIZM color graphing calculators, Casio FX–300MS Plus 2 two-line scientific calculators, TI 84 Plus CE TK teacher kits featuring ten yellow EZ spot units with rechargeable batteries, a TI–CE charging station, USB cables, unit-to-unit cables, manuals, and instructional posters. Additional requirements cover TI 84 Plus EZ–Spot class sets of ten and TI–30XS calculators in class packs, each pack containing thirty calculators in school-branded yellow with storage boxes and supporting instructional materials.
The contract will have a duration of one year. Vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the RFP by March 17, 2026. The scope includes providing devices and associated materials as specified for academic or institutional use.
