DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive graphics design services, supporting the development and layout of a variety of outreach materials. This includes poster and signage design, creation of PowerPoint templates, electronic flipbooks, and overall brand design. The scope of work encompasses all aspects of creative design and layout, with an emphasis on effective communication and visual impact.
Key responsibilities involve design and layout, pre-press and pre-flight work, concept creation and draft development, as well as photography and photo editing. The graphics designer will be responsible for delivering both digital and print-ready materials that adhere to the requirements set forth in the contract. The contract period is three years, and all questions related to this RFP must be submitted no later than March 31, 2026.
