The agency seeks a vendor to provide graphic recording services, including the creation of a short animation or video that simplifies and explains a complex statutory framework to the general public. The selected provider will also design graphics for outreach initiatives and partnership programs, as well as digital and print materials to support community events and initiatives.
Deliverables will consist of a video under two minutes and up to five graphics or illustrations. These materials will be published online and may also be utilized in outreach campaigns to educate the public and stakeholders about the statutory framework’s impact on local governments. The chosen firm is expected to collaborate closely with county executive staff to ensure all visuals are accessible, inclusive, and have maximum impact.
Vendors must submit all questions related to this RFP by March 10, 2026.
