Graphic Design, Social Media and Digital Marketing Services

The City seeks an individual or agency to deliver graphic design, social media, and digital marketing services supporting a range of marketing initiatives and campaigns for four arts and culture business units. Responsibilities include bi-weekly social media content posting (primarily Facebook and Instagram), with assets and content sometimes supplied by the City.

The scope also encompasses graphic design services for campaign assets throughout the year, which may involve creating original designs or adapting existing concepts into various marketing formats. Digital marketing duties span digital campaign planning, digital media and campaign asset creation, digital media placement, and tracking digital media performance. The contract period will last one year, and questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by March 23, 2026.
