DESCRIPTION
The seeking organization requires comprehensive graphic design services on a one-year contract. The selected vendor will be responsible for creative concept development, branding and visual identity support, and the layout and design of a wide variety of marketing, communication, and instructional materials.
Projects include poster, flyer, brochure, sticker, pull-up banner, lenticular banner, backdrop, wall graphic, T-shirt logo, business card update, holiday card, and pocket folder designs. The vendor will also develop branded background systems, such as gradients and textures, and create an asset library of branded graphic elements for use in both print and digital formats. Additionally, the scope covers multi-page publications like impact reports.
Vendors may submit questions prior to the specified deadline, with all questions due no later than May 07, 2026.
