DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive graphic design services focusing on the layout and visual storytelling for 'The Circle', a full-color publication. The selected firm will collaborate with the Managing Editor to design each issue in accordance with established brand guidelines; additional costs may apply for special supplements.
Key responsibilities include implementing requested alterations on first proof, producing subsequent proofs to accommodate final editorial changes, and delivering both low-resolution PDFs for web use as well as high-resolution files for electronic archiving. The vendor will also be responsible for maintaining an image library, sourcing or creating relevant maps, illustrations, and diagrams, conducting photo searches, and preparing the front cover photo in multiple formats (16:9, 1:1, and 9:16) for effective social media promotion.
