DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide professional graphic design services that support workforce development initiatives, employer engagement, participant outreach, and compliance with branding and accessibility requirements.

Scope includes development of print and digital outreach materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and fact sheets, along with design of reports, presentations, infographics, data visualizations, and digital outreach assets for social media. The selected vendor will also create event materials—signage, banners, displays—and redesign existing materials to ensure they meet updated outreach and participant engagement needs.

Additional responsibilities involve producing employer and partner engagement materials, campaign graphics, and production-ready files suitable for both print and online distribution.
