DESCRIPTION

The City is seeking a vendor to provide graphic design services on an as-needed basis for various departments. The scope includes developing creative graphic concepts and brand identities, as well as producing publications such as newspaper and magazine-style print materials, fliers, posters, direct mail pieces, banners, brochures, templates, t-shirts, advertisements, signage, video slates, and interactive PDFs with hyperlinks. The selected firm will also design logos and graphics for websites and social media, either as standalone pieces or adaptable templates.

The contract covers modifying or redesigning existing collateral pieces, conducting photo retouching, and refreshing the City's brand standards, logos, and style sheets as required. Regular coordination and status tracking of all ongoing projects are essential. Specific assignments include layout and design of a bilingual city newsletter and the initial layout and design of the parks and recreation activity guide. The engagement will be for a one-year term.
