Graphic Design Services

This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive graphic design services. Requirements include expertise in industry-standard graphic design programs such as Creative Suite cloud applications, CSS, and Bootstrap. The selected vendor will be responsible for producing and updating a variety of marketing and outreach materials, including brochures, fliers, catalogs, banners, logos, signs, and additional print and web resources for activities, memberships, and reservations.

Duties also include researching, gathering, and curating photos and images for upcoming projects, evaluating the current graphic design approach for both print and web platforms, and developing poster templates. The vendor will modify and update existing graphics, as well as create new layouts, and offer structural, layout, and stylistic recommendations for integration of graphics and text. Coordination with the recreation department's general services and print shop will be expected. The contract will run for one year.
