DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor is required to provide graphic design services for an annual report. The project scope includes incorporating various elements such as text, photos, graphs, charts, and maps into the report, with text and photos to be supplied. The annual report design must maintain the same theme and graphic style as other organizational materials.

Additional deliverables include a digital graphic for a ticketing website sized at 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high, a digital invitation measuring 5.5 inches by 8.5 inches, and a program ad sales graphic of approximately the same dimensions. The final version of the annual report must also be provided as an optimized, reduced-size PDF suitable for website use, along with prepared artwork and digital files ready for printing.
