The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive graphic design, quality assurance, and editorial services for its publications and online content. The graphic design component will require the layout of approximately 80 to 90 publications per year, accounting for roughly 900 hours of work. These publications may range from simple documents to intricate reports containing graphs, maps, and institutional materials. Due to the possibility of receiving multiple publication requests simultaneously, the service provider must have the capacity to assign multiple designers to handle concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery in accordance with organizational standards.

For research quality assurance, the selected vendor will review and perform quality assurance on publications created by various regional teams, as well as draft web articles addressing emerging migration dynamics. Editorial support is also needed for editing and proofreading up to 10 days in English and 5 days in French across a range of materials including publications, research reports, and online content, following the organization’s editorial guidelines. The engagement requires editors who are proficient in both English and French.
