This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive graphic design, creative development, and production services. The selected firm will be responsible for developing creative concepts, visual themes, and campaign styles that align with the project's objectives, working collaboratively with District staff to ensure effective messaging and branding compliance.

Scope of services includes the design and production of a variety of collateral materials such as reports, brochures, flyers, newsletters, posters, fact sheets, signage, and digital assets. Vendors are expected to develop visual design systems and templates to maintain consistent branding across all materials, as well as prepare these assets for both print and digital distribution according to required technical specifications.

Additional requirements include the design and creation of digital media content for platforms such as social media, websites, email communications, and presentations, including infographics, animated graphics, and motion graphics. Copywriting, editing, photography, and illustration services are also part of the expected deliverables.
