DESCRIPTION

The vendor is required to provide comprehensive graphic design and printing services for a Guidebook project. Services include producing an accessible digital Guidebook file suitable for publication and a print-ready file to facilitate the production of 1,600 physical guidebooks prepared for distribution.

The Guidebook design will encompass a front and back cover, title page, five to six single-page partner features, a Hudson River Valley map, and 150 to 200 event listings organized by region. An acknowledgement page will also be included in the design layout. The selected vendor must deliver high-quality final products that meet the project’s specifications and assist with both digital and print deliverables.
