This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive graphic design and event photography services in Laos. The selected vendor will be responsible for the format and layout of a finalized 38-page text, available in both English and Lao, to produce a visually compelling, print-ready, and digital booklet using Adobe InDesign or similar software.
In addition, the vendor must deliver professional event photography and videography services during project events. Responsibilities include capturing key moments such as opening remarks, speakers, group photos, panel discussions, and audience engagement, with careful attention to composition, lighting, and sound quality. Vendors are expected to submit a minimum of fifty professionally edited, high-resolution photographs per event.
Successful execution will require strong expertise in graphic design, event documentation, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual products in both physical and digital formats.
