A government authority in Detroit, Michigan is seeking qualified general contracting firms to oversee the renovation of approximately 2,600 square feet within an existing facility. The project focuses on the interior renovation of a science lab, a teacher preparation room, a storage room, and a classroom to accommodate new graphic arts programming.
The selected contractor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all trade contractors, ensuring efficient communication and workflow among the general contractor, owner, and architect.
