DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive graphic and digital design services. The selected tenderer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, accessible, and strategically aligned graphic design solutions across both traditional and digital formats. These services are intended to support a variety of outputs, including, but not limited to, reports, digital content, stakeholder communications, and public-facing materials.

Key responsibilities include the development and consistent application of visual identity in accordance with the organization's brand guidelines. The vendor will manage the layout and formatting of reports, strategies, and technical documents, as well as the creation of infographics, charts, and data visualizations to clarify complex content. Additional tasks involve designing graphics for websites, social media, and other online platforms, as well as producing interactive, accessible digital publications, brochures, leaflets, exhibition materials, and presentations. The scope also encompasses preparation of artwork for print, including formatting, proofing, and pre-press, and may include illustration and photography direction as needed. The contract period will be for three years.
