DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a qualified partner to enhance its capability to identify, secure, manage, and communicate external funding opportunities in alignment with agency priorities. The selected vendor will support a coordinated and proactive grant strategy that reflects district initiatives and operational needs, aligning closely with agency priorities and strengthening leadership planning and coordination.

Key responsibilities include analyzing current initiatives, existing grant investments, and agency priorities to identify funding gaps and opportunities for expansion. The vendor will participate in ongoing strategy meetings with agency leadership before, during, and after grant cycles and will lead the development of competitive and sustainable grant proposals, including drafting narratives and coordinating required submission materials.

Post-award, the contractor will assist departments in organizing awarded grant projects by supporting timelines, deliverables, and reporting. This coordination may involve cross-department activities and providing technical assistance to improve internal implementation practices. The vendor will also be responsible for maintaining a centralized system to track grant opportunities, applications, and awarded funding, ensuring timely reporting and leadership updates.

The contract period is one year, with all questions regarding this RFP due by March 12, 2026.
