This RFP seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive grant strategy and funding support services. The scope includes federal, state, and philanthropic grant application development, such as funding opportunity analysis, project alignment, budget development, narrative integration, and application review to ensure compliance. Vendors will also be responsible for preparing supporting documentation, forms, and attachments.
Additional responsibilities involve assisting with strategic program alignment to public funding opportunities through program design, refinement, creation of logic models, work plans, and implementation timelines. The vendor will aid in partner coordination, role definition, and readiness assessments for large or multi-year awards.
The contract further requires partnership development and coalition-building support. This encompasses identifying and engaging suitable partnerships, defining partner roles and governance structures, supporting memorandums and letters of commitment, and facilitating cross-organization communication and alignment during project development.
