A qualified vendor is sought to provide an integrated grant management system for a three-year contract. The system must streamline grant transactions and offer seamless integration with financial management, human capital management, and spend management functionalities. The solution should deliver comprehensive research administration features, including system-to-system submission, application tracking, electronic approval routing with customizable workflows, and user roles and permissions configuration.
The grant management system will support document management for all proposal-related documents and facilitate post-award account creation with an interface to the Workday system. Additional requirements include customizable reporting capabilities for both grants management and financial users, tools for compliance tracking and conflict of interest management, and robust integration with existing administrative systems. The selected vendor will provide technical support, a maintenance plan, data migration, user documentation, training, implementation, and post-production support to ensure successful deployment and ongoing operation.
