The Rhode Island Corporation is seeking a vendor to provide grant management software capable of supporting the buildout, testing, and deployment of six grant applications. The selected provider will collaborate with staff to implement these grant applications within the new software solution and facilitate the uploading and configuration of historical grant program data.
During the implementation phase, the vendor must ensure the seamless continuity of all active or open grant programs, minimizing disruption for applicants, reviewers, and staff. The responsibilities also include training and onboarding Corporation staff on the effective use of the software, maintaining accessibility and stability of the platform, and ensuring it remains bug-free. Ongoing troubleshooting and technical support will be required throughout the duration of the agreement to address any issues as they arise.
