DESCRIPTION
The government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive grant management services on a monthly retainer basis. The selected firm will be responsible for organizing monthly meetings with staff to identify and present potential grant opportunities, as well as evaluate the agency's competitiveness for various grants. Services entail offering both technical and administrative support for the agency’s grant program as directed by the Manager or designated representatives.
The contractor will be tasked with actively researching, assessing, and recommending grants that align with the agency’s objectives and Council goals. Prior to submitting recommendations, a thorough feasibility analysis must be conducted to ensure suitability. Upon approval, the vendor will develop grant applications to help the agency achieve its strategic aims. Additionally, the firm must create and maintain records to accurately track and document funding sources, project types, and funding amounts related to the grant program.
