Vendors should address all aspects of system deployment and outline a detailed implementation approach.

The system should offer configurable dashboards tailored for staff and grantees, supporting grant-specific timelines, budget tracking, and real-time visibility into grant statuses, obligations, and outcomes. Robust reporting features are required to cover timelines, budget details, pay requests, and balances. The solution must include an applicant and grantee portal with secure, role-based access, online application workflows, and the ability to reuse organizational and historical data to minimize data re-entry. Automated budget forms with built-in validation and calculation features are also essential.

Project management components include workflows for application review, scoring, approvals, award generation, amendments, extensions, post-award monitoring, compliance tracking, reporting, and grant closeout. Financial management integration is required for budget-to-actual tracking at both individual grant and programmatic levels. The system should ensure secure document and data retention and offer seamless grant lifecycle coverage.
