A qualified vendor is sought to develop and implement a comprehensive inbound enrollment marketing program for graduate programs. The scope includes building a customized marketing and lead generation strategy, featuring a 12-month editorial calendar and persona-based journey mapping. The vendor is expected to execute deep keyword and AI-retrieval research to optimize search and answer engine visibility for a minimum of eight pages.
The project demands creation of at least six premium digital assets tailored for lead capture and strategic design with conversion-focused copywriting for twelve EWU-hosted landing pages. It also involves launching and managing 16–20 targeted digital advertising campaigns and designing a minimum of five automated, program-specific communication flows within a contractor-supplied marketing automation platform. Full-funnel ROI tracking configuration and seamless integration of the marketing automation platform with Slate (Deconvolutions) CRM are required. The contract period is two years, and all vendor questions must be submitted by April 20, 2026.
