DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive graduate enrollment strategy consulting services to support the enhancement of undergraduate and graduate educational opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to increase the conversion of admitted students to enrolled students and reduce melt during the enrollment process. The consultant will map graduate enrollment funnels to identify critical inflection points, allowing for targeted interventions that boost recruitment and yield outcomes.

The consultant is expected to leverage Slate tools, digital outreach methods, and storytelling to effectively reach domestic, international, working professionals, and first-generation student markets. Collaboration with academic programs will be essential to diagnose recruitment barriers and co-design sustainable strategies that can be maintained and owned by respective programs. Duties include designing personalized, trigger-based communication campaigns; utilizing data analytics to identify patterns and refine strategies; and constructing actionable reports for Graduate Studies leadership. Tailored communications should be designed by program, applicant profile, and enrollment stage to improve engagement and decision confidence. The scope also involves identifying under-tapped applicant segments and developing specific outreach strategies.

The contract period will last two years, and includes a strong emphasis on predictive analytics, CRM-driven communication workflows, and building decentralized program capacity for ongoing enrollment management success.
