SUMMARY

The US Embassy in Barbados is preparing to solicit proposals for vehicle insurance services, covering a base year and up to four option years, with a firm fixed–price contract.

DESCRIPTION

The Embassy of the United States in Barbados is seeking qualified vendors to provide vehicle insurance services. The contract is anticipated to begin with a base year and includes four additional one–year option periods, contingent upon the government's decision to exercise them. The contract will be structured as a firm fixed–price agreement.

Interested vendors must ensure they are registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submission. Failure to do so will result in the proposal being considered non–responsive. The government may select a contractor based on initial proposals without conducting discussions. This opportunity is open to all eligible sources willing to provide the required vehicle insurance coverage for the embassy's fleet.

The formal solicitation will be available on the SAM.gov website once issued. All potential offerors are urged to initiate SAM registration immediately if interested in participating.
