The government authority in Cincinnati, OH is seeking to engage a qualified team of consultants with expertise in transit facility and urban space design for the revitalization of Government Square. The selected consultants will be responsible for evaluating the current facility and developing innovative design concepts to improve the transit center for customers, transit operations, public safety, and the general public.

The scope of work includes architectural and engineering assessments with a focus on upgrades such as 24/7 security cameras, real-time bus information display boards at platforms, ticket vending machines, a small enclosed room for staff, and dedicated utilities and IT rooms. In addition to transforming the transit center itself, the project involves evaluating how Government Square interfaces with the surrounding urban environment and proposing enhancements to promote safety and accessibility beyond the immediate area.
