The project involves migrating existing on-premises Hansen v7 system data to a cloud-based platform and enhancing solution capabilities to support the needs of multiple departments. The selected vendor will be responsible for integrating the new land management platform with existing productivity tools and ERP systems to streamline workflows and data sharing.
Key requirements include the development of an online customer portal, automated project applications with validation, digital payment options, a mobile app for field inspections, and customer relationship management functionalities. Additionally, the solution should feature dashboard analysis and reporting, digital document workflows, and a robust document management system. The initial contract period is five years.
