This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to act as a reseller for the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), providing implementation and technical support services. The selected vendor will manage the procurement and licensing of the complete GMP suite—including Google Analytics 360, Tag Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, and Search Ads 360—and facilitate multi-tenant implementations for various Destination Management Organizations and non-profit tourism organizations. This setup requires tailored user profiles, permissions under license, and advertiser accounts for GMP advertising platforms.
The vendor will provide platform access with full support for Identity and Access Management, onboard new tenants to the platform, deliver ongoing technical troubleshooting and platform support (with an outline of support by platform and hours), and conduct platform training for agency personnel and Data Hub client users. The contract period will extend for three years. All questions must be submitted by May 7, 2026.
