Comply with the Worker and Community Right-to-Know Act and furnish Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Comply with Act 126 Child Abuse Recognition training requirements
Submit required background checks (PA State Police criminal history, child abuse history, FBI criminal history, sexual misconduct/abuse disclosure release) for individuals with direct contact with children
Maintain appropriate disaster recovery, business continuity, and contingency plans
Maintain minimum insurance levels (Workers' Compensation, Employer's Liability, Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, Privacy/Cyber Liability)
Add the School District as an additional insured on liability policies
Waive rights of subrogation against the School District
Comply with the Tax Compliance Policy
Comply with the Business Diversity in the Procurement of Materials and Contracted Services Policy (MWBE participation)
