System requirements include compatibility with single sign-on (SSO), importation of existing databases for inventory, users, and memberships, as well as alignment with network and security initiatives, and integration with current software solutions (including SQL databases) and existing websites.

The platform must support full revenue management, integrating with existing financial systems for transparent program oversight.
