The selected vendor will provide consulting services to evaluate the current financial and operational marketing practices at The Cliffs Golf Facility, comparing them to industry best management practices for municipal, open-to-the-public golf courses. The engagement will include reviewing past marketing performance, assessing the future viability and profitability of the facility, and conducting a comprehensive analysis of the facility’s marketing plan.

The vendor will be responsible for developing actionable recommendations for operational strategies and financial opportunities, ensuring the golf facility is maximizing both marketing strategies and financial returns. Additionally, the consultant will analyze current national, regional, and local golf trends, perform a SWOT analysis focused on the local market, and advise on potential marketing strategy enhancements. The scope of work also includes evaluating opportunities to grow revenues and customer satisfaction in the Food and Beverage operations through effective marketing, suggesting new and existing marketing avenues to maintain or increase rounds and exposure, and recommending processes for collecting customer feedback.

A thorough written report of the completed analysis and recommendations will be required. The contract period is set for one year.
