The government authority on Wellesley Island, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide turnkey operation services for a 9-hole golf course and clubhouse. The selected firm will be responsible for all aspects of the golf course and clubhouse operations, including the collection of green fees, golf cart rentals, retail sales of golf merchandise, and managing the clubhouse food and beverage service.
