DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to develop a gold standard software development solution designed to calculate and present a user-friendly score based on lab/NIR data, while supporting existing crude protein benchmarks as a transitional standard. The required software should be intuitive, simple to understand, and offer clear explanations, enabling quick and confident decision-making for end users.

The solution should include a web application and, optionally, a native Android/iOS mobile application built using either React Native or Flutter for a single shared codebase. Integration with existing workflows and data inputs is necessary, ensuring the software complements rather than replaces current processes. The project will be delivered through a phased approach, incorporating validation, governance, adoption workshops, and the development of an adoption playbook. Future enhancements such as modular outcome validation and automated data ingestion should be possible without complicating the core user experience. Transparency, minimalism in metrics, and fostering trust among users are critical features.
