The desired solution should include robust global macro-econometric model software that enables users to replicate and modify baseline projections, stress scenarios, and analyze the economic and financial market drivers behind these scenarios.

Vendors should provide narrative reports covering baseline projections and stress scenarios, complete with variable results at both global and country-specific levels. The software must allow users to input and execute custom economic and financial system scenario stress tests, as well as perform sensitivity analysis on both financial and real sector risks.

The solution should support simultaneous access for eight users, installed on their personal computers regardless of location. Additionally, the historical database must comprise at least 500 economic, financial, or demographic data series at national, state, and metropolitan statistical area (MSA) levels, with series released at multiple levels counted individually.
