GLOBAL - Instructional and Website Designer Services

Ontario is seeking qualified vendors to provide bilingual instructional and website designer services. The scope includes a comprehensive redesign of the agency's website in both official languages, reflecting updated branding elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and graphic components. The redesign will incorporate visual storytelling techniques and create user experience pathways that seamlessly connect to the agency’s learning management system (LMS).

An Indigenous online instructional designer is required to develop templates for delivering workshops and courses on the Moodle platform. Responsibilities also include preparing an instructional design framework, creating templates, and refreshing the visual presentation to ensure all continuing education materials are engaging and meet branding standards.

The project further involves designing and developing a digital catalogue for agency resources. This will feature thumbnail or flipbook-style previews, executive summaries, and provide access to downloadable assets, with a scalable structure to accommodate future resource uploads. The website must be SEO-optimized, performance-tested for efficient image and video loading, and undergo comprehensive cross-browser and cross-device testing, including functionality and layout reviews with bug fixes prior to launch.
