The proposed solution must fully integrate HR and payroll functions, enabling seamless management of diverse employment types—including salaried, hourly, full-time, part-time, temporary, field-based, and contract staff—across multiple countries and regions.

Required capabilities include onboarding and offboarding workflows, performance management and evaluation modules, a Learning Management System (LMS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment and talent acquisition, compensation management tools, and an employee self-service portal that accommodates multiple languages and is accessible via mobile devices and low-bandwidth connections. The system should also support document management and compliance for contracts, immigration, educational assistance, reimbursements, and tax forms.

Additionally, the solution must offer robust reporting and analytics features, such as global dashboards, audit trails, workforce metrics, and cross-border reporting.
