DESCRIPTION
A Virginia-based agency is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a comprehensive gift documentation platform along with virtual engagement officer services. The solution should be a fully realized, commercial off-the-shelf platform capable of maximizing the capabilities of the gift documentation system and Autonomous Fundraiser/Engagement Officer.
Vendors are expected to furnish a detailed project plan outlining the implementation process, timelines, roles and responsibilities, and strategies for successful deployment and ongoing platform utilization. Detailed descriptions of both technical and strategic resources and tools must be included. The vendor should describe the initial technical training and support provided during implementation, as well as resources such as training documents, manuals, guides, and digital libraries. Additionally, proposers must supply a comprehensive list of technical requirements, explain the configuration and testing processes, and specify system redundancy and availability to ensure reliable operations.
The selected contract period is one year. All questions related to the proposal must be submitted by April 7, 2026.
